Project 6- sporting grounds fc -Granada (2007)
The task to plan new sporting grounds for Granada set large and complex burdens due to an eight meter off dropping slope which bordered to socially weak housing area.
But to fight against all these obstacles and to avoid an entrenchment behind walls, it was offered to affiliate the buildings to a long ramp which lie adjacent to six sporting fields.
With the separation there was enough public area generated and also security guaranteed for all the members of the soccer club.
The buildings are built on a general accessible ramp and the sporting grounds on a level embedded into the area. Thus, a clear functionality is observable. The sporting areas are reachable over the sporting hall and the school of sport, and this however, could comfortably steered from the underground parking lot. The ramp is similar to a long stretched parking landscape which complements very well with the sporting grounds.
