Poject 4 – urban development city gardens Stuttgart (semester 6)

The goal of the task was to design a new urban development concept for the existing city gardens of the city of Stuttgart, which this particular area integrates with the city to complement missing positions.

As a result we decided for a campus, that bundles the existing buildings of the university, the Fachhochschule and the Berufakademie and therefore creates missing housing.

In addition another building block is created to guarantee an optimisation of the faculties. The library building, which includes casino and retail, acts as a central hub.
