The task of this draft was to outline a pavilion for a lighting laboratory and the company Raumprobe. The intended construction field for this was a parking lot across from the Fachhochsachule, which was to cover and to protect with a rais of steel construction.

To keep a dynamic body of construction to this urban development like situation, we decided to generate an oblong extensive form with strong expression.

The quality of the extensive construction form has proven to be extremely reliable in the exhibition rooms as a lot of light is able to get into the room and therefore the authenticity of the exhibition patterns are preserved.

The storeys are carried by two half timbering beams. The entrance lies beneath the building at the end of a plateau, from where, through a stairway, you reach the first floor.
